March 2023 Event

Augusto Zimmermann

Hello Sunshine Coast Community,

Welcome to our second event in 2023, Moving Forward with Professor Augusto Zimmermann, Professor Anthony Gray and Emeritus Professor Gabriel Moens

The topic of this event is ‘Death of free speech and critical thinking in Australia’.

During the past couple of years, we have witnessed unprecedented suppression of freedom of speech and other basic human rights in Australia. We have also witnessed widespread corruption of our political system, that reaches up into the top levels of our Government. Some of us are disappointed (and rightfully so), disillusioned and fearful of what is to come. So what can we do?

We are also privileged to be hosting a Book launch of Professor’s Zimmermann’s  latest book ‘Wokeshevism: Critical Theories and the Tyrant Left’, co-authored with Joshua Forrester and to which Professor Gray and Professor Gabriel Moens are contributors.
